The lasting Benefits of
Dental Implants
Struggling to smile, chew, or speak confidently because of missing teeth or loose dentures?
At Greenlife Dental Clinic, we create personalised implant treatment plans to restore your smile, confidence, and full dental function. Whether replacing one tooth, multiple teeth, or securing dentures, our expert dentists will help you regain chewing strength and improve your quality of life.
Restore Natural Function & Comfort
Dental implants restore natural chewing strength and provide a stable, comfortable fit. Unlike dentures, which can slip and cause gum irritation, implants feel and function like real teeth, allowing you to eat, speak, and smile naturally.
Long-Term Oral Health With Aesthetic Benefits
Implants not only enhance your appearance with natural-looking, fixed teeth but also help preserve oral health by preventing bone loss and avoiding the need to trim healthy adjacent teeth. With proper care, they offer a durable, long-term solution.
Affordable Dental Implants with Medisave
For eligible patients, Medisave can be used to offset part of the implant cost, making this long-term investment in your dental health more affordable.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a dental implant and how does it work?
It’s a titanium post placed into the jawbone that acts as an artificial root, with a crown fitted on top. Over a few months it fuses with the bone, giving you a replacement tooth that feels much like the real thing.
Is the surgery painful?
You’ll be under local anaesthetic, so there’s no pain during the procedure itself. Some swelling or soreness afterwards is normal and usually settles with the painkillers we prescribe.
Medical leave duration?
Typically a few days, though it depends on how involved your case is. We’ll advise based on your recovery.
Am I able to use Medisave?
Yes, Medisave can be used to offset part of the cost for eligible cases, within MOH’s claim limits. We’ll walk you through what’s claimable during consultation.
Benefits of dental implants vs. dentures/bridges?
Implants don’t slip like dentures can, and unlike bridges, they don’t need the neighbouring healthy teeth trimmed down. They also help keep the jawbone from shrinking, which is a longer-term advantage the other options don’t offer.
Any risks & complications?
Success rates are high, but as with any surgery there’s a small chance of infection, implant failure or nerve irritation. Keeping up with oral hygiene and aftercare instructions goes a long way in avoiding these.
When is bone graft or sinus lift needed?
A bone graft is needed when there isn’t enough jawbone left to anchor an implant, often after teeth have been missing for a while. A sinus lift is a specific version of this for upper back teeth, where the sinus sits close to the jaw.
