Responsibilities:

• Manage appointments and provide excellent patient care
  – Attend to queries from call-in patients
  – Manage and fill up appointment schedules
  – Payment collection from patients
  – Follow up care-calls to patients before and after procedures
  – Submit claims and keep proper records (eg. Insurance claims)
  – Maintenance of clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards
  – Other clinical duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/”N”/”O” Level, Professional Certificate, Nitec in any field or equivalent
• Experience and skills in customer service preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• People-oriented, positive disposition, cheerful
• Good team player who is patient, organised, reliable, responsible, takes initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willingness to travel to other clinic when needed (transport reimbursable)
• 5-day work week
• Able to work evenings until 9pm (Shift work during clinic operating hours)
• IT literate
• Required language(s): English, Chinese
